Free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin, so there's no charge to refund during that period.

Monthly billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Placeholder — the specific refund window (e.g. pro-rated, no refund after N days) needs a real decision, not a default, before this goes live.

Failed payments

A declined or bounced payment does not immediately cancel your subscription — you get a short grace period to update your payment method before access is restricted.
